Geek-Obsession Inc. is not obligated to provide the source files of a project without the client having first purchased the rights to use them or in the event of an agreement between the client and Obsession RPG Studio Inc. Under intellectual property and copyright law, any acquisition and modification of source files for personal or commercial purposes without the permission of Obsession RPG Studio Inc. is recognized as an infringement of intellectual property by the Government of Canada. In order to have the rights to acquire the source files produced by Obsession RPG Studio inc, the customer must purchase the acquisition rights for commercial use. The purchase of the acquisition rights of the source files is a cost independent of the packages and services. Any unauthorized use of any Obsession RPG Studio Inc. work may result in a claim for damages to intellectual property and copyright.

Appropriate use
